    Millikan Oil drop Apparatus

Posted by Richard Walder on Apr 26th 2019

Superb piece of equipment that worked first time. Blue illuminated graticule with silver drops in sharp focus. I have been trying since 1992 to get this equipment to work and now my head of dept will not need to show a video to the student of how it should work. They can do it for themselves. Oil spray was reluctant to spray at first but was cured by blowing air into the delivery tube.

Excellent product - shipped to UK succesfully

Posted by Fiona Beaumont on Sep 6th 2017

Had this shipped to the UK. Arrived very promptly. The oil vial was broken, but I sourced oil locally with advice from your team. Just tested the apparatus and it works very well. Had to pay import duties of £80 but even so, it was much better value than anything available in the UK.
