Customers that have tax exempt status within the state of Ohio can request that their online account be changed to tax exempt. After your account has been approved for tax exempt status, you can check out online without having sales tax added to your orders. We require a fax or emailed copy of your state of Ohio tax exempt form in order to complete tax exempt setup of your account. Please fax your tax exempt form to 513-297-5811 or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. After sending your tax exempt form, please register on our system for a new account by Clicking Here.
