Credit Card Restrictions
International orders are
required to ship to the billing address of the credit card. All orders
priced over $2000 are required to ship to the
billing address of the credit card. We will also
require a fax authorization, including
copy of front and back of the credit card being used and a copy of
a current photo ID. Please call our billing dept
at 1-800-975-5612 for a copy of the authorization
letter to be faxed to you, or you may email our billing dept at firstname.lastname@example.org for a copy of the authorization.
Any order over $2000 without this authorization
letter will not ship until the authorization letter is received.
Shipping & Billing:
All orders are processed, billed, and shipped within 2-3
business days from when the order is placed, provided the
merchandise ordered is available and in stock. We will contact
you if there should be any delay in order processing. Please
for frequently asked questions about shipping. Sci-Supply is not
responsible for any merchandise or orders that are forwarded
to an address different than the one specified on the original
order. Any shipping address that was altered by the consumer
is the sole responsibility of the consumer.
Sci-Supply employs both Fedex and USPS delivery services. Service
availability depends on the destination.
Returns / RMA
Sci-Supply offers a 30-day return privilege policy. The
following guidelines apply:
- All returns must be accompanied by a Return
Material Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA, please contact our
customer service department at 1-800-975-5612 or email@example.com.
- RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.
- Sci-Supply will accept merchandise (in original condition) for refund within 30 days of product shipment.
- All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
- Sci-Supply will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. (Including all
refused and unaccepted packages.) For orders placed with
promotional free shipping offers, actual shipping charges incurred
will be deducted from the refund in addition to re-stocking fee.
- A re-stocking fee of 10% will apply to all returned merchandise, excluding damaged and defective merchandise (see below).
Damaged to merchandise must be reported by the customer
within 5 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service department at
1-800-975-5612 or firstname.lastname@example.org to
report damaged merchandise. All articles are shipped
fully insured, and a damage claim will be submitted by us on
behalf of the customer through the transportation company
involved. The customer should keep damaged articles and
original packaging. International customers will have to
take damaged items to the local post office to submit a damage
verification form. We will work with all customers to
quickly resolve any issue arising from damage..
Defective merchandise must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Defective merchandise will be replaced with an identical item. Please contact our customer service department at

International orders are welcome. We do require that international orders
ship to the billing address registered with the credit card. Sci-Supply is not responsible
for inaccurate shipping calculations generated by the automated shipping calculator employed on the website.
Due to the complexities involved in calculating international shipping/freight cost, the automated
shipping calculator may not always return an accurate shipping calculation. In these cases, the customer will
be notified of any additional shipping charges due, and given an opportunity to cancel the order if unacceptable.
Items shipped in the state of Ohio are subject to Ohio
sales tax, except where exemption
