Methods of Payment

Credit Card
We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard & American Express orders using our standard internet payment gateway.  Additionally, you may opt to use Google Checkout. Both gateways are secured using 128 Bit SSL technology.  We also accept orders via toll free telephone at 1-800-975-5612.   

Money Order

We accept Postal and Western Union money orders.  Money orders should be mailed to our business mailing address:

Money orders transmitted via any other means will not be accepted.

Purchase Order

We gladly accept purchase orders from schools and business institutions.  Due to the costs of processing, a $100 minimum will be required for the initial order.  Orders placed thereafter will have no minimum order requirement.  Please fax a standard credit reference sheet, including 3 trade references and banking information, to (513) 297-5811 (or alternately email to billing@sci-supply.com). Purchase Orders will be only be accepted after a credit worthiness check has been performed, which typically takes 5 business days. Unless otherwise indicated, purchase order terms are Net 30 days. 

Credit Card Restrictions

International orders are required to ship to the billing address of the credit card. All orders priced over $2000 are required to ship to the billing address of the credit card.  We will also require a fax authorization, including copy of front and back of the credit card being used and a copy of a current photo ID. Please call our billing dept at 513-898-9985 for a copy of the authorization letter to be faxed to you, or you may email our billing dept at billing@sci-supply.com for a copy of the authorization. Any order over $2000 without this authorization letter will not ship until the authorization letter is received.

Shipping & Billing:
All orders are processed, billed, and shipped within 72 business hours from when the order is placed, provided the merchandise ordered is available and in stock. Your order will then ship out via the method selected. Sci-Supply is not responsible for any merchandise or orders that are forwarded to an address different than the one specified on the original order. Any shipping address that was altered by the consumer is the sole responsibility of the consumer.

Returns / RMA
Sci-Supply offers a 30-day return privilege policy. The following guidelines apply:

• All returns must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA, please contact our customer service department at 513-898-9985 orcustomerservice@sci-supply.com.
• RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• Sci-Supply will accept merchandise (in original condition) for refund within 30 days of product shipment.
• All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
• Sci-Supply will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages.)
• A re-stocking fee of 10% will apply to all returned merchandise, excluding defective merchandise (see below).

Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise must be reported within 15 days of delivery. Defective merchandise will be exchanged (exact item) at no cost to the customer. Please contact our customer service department at 513-898-9985 or customerservice@sci-supply.com to obtain an RMA number. After an RMA number has been issued, Sci-Supply will issue a call tag for the return of the defective merchandise via a carrier of its choice.

Shipping Policy
Sci-Supply employs both Fedex and USPS delivery services. Service availablility depends on the destination.

International Orders
International orders are welcome. We do require that international orders ship to the billing address registered with the credit card. Sci-Supply is not responsible for inaccuracurate shipping calculations generated by the automated shipping calculator employed on the website. Due to the complexities involved in calculating international shipping/freight cost, the automated shipping calculator may not always return an accurate shipping calculation. In these cases, the customer will be notified of any additional shipping charges due, and given an opportunity to cancel the order if unacceptable.

Tax
Items shipped in the state of Ohio are subject to Ohio sales tax, except where exemption exists. Tax exemption certificates should be faxed to (513) 297-5811.
