Q: Do you ship your products outside of the USA?
A: We ship worldwide. To estimate shipping to your country, simply add an
item to your cart using the "add to cart" button. When you add an item to your
cart, you will be prompted to select your country from the drop down list
(customers outside of the US should not enter their zip code). You will then
be presented with shipping charges in the lower half of the shopping cart
page. You can add additional items to your cart by selecting the continue
shopping link at the top of the shopping cart. Shipping charges are
automatically adjusted for each item added or removed.
Q: How can I get a shipping estimate?
A: To estimate shipping, simply add an item to your cart using the "add to
cart" button. When you add an item to your cart, you will be prompted to
select your country and shipping zip code from the drop down list (customers
outside of the US should not enter their zip code). You will then be presented
with shipping charges in the lower half of the shopping cart page. You can add
additional items to your cart by selecting the continue shopping link at the
top of the shopping cart. Shipping charges are automatically adjusted for each

Q: How are orders handled - please explain
the process?
A: When you place your order, you will receive an automated order
confirmation with order details sent to your registered email address (within
12 hours of order). Order processing typically takes 2-3 business days. If you
are in a hurry, please contact us via email at customerservice@sci-supply.com
(please include order #) to see if we can accomodate you. Orders via next day
air will ship by the next business day (we will contact you if there should be
any delay).
Q: How will I know when my order ships - do you
supply tracking information?
A: You will receive an automated email on the day of shipment containing
tracking information for your order.
Q: How long will Fedex Ground or Ground Home Delivery take?
A: Please refer to the map below that identifies APPROXIMATE transit time for Fedex Ground shipments from our warehouse in Hamilton, OH.

Q: Where are you located, and do you have
multiple locations?
A: We are located in Hamilton, Ohio, and currently we only have one location.
Q: Can I pick up my order locally?
A: We can accomodate local pick-ups from our warehouse. Please contact us to arrange.

A: We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Google Checkout, Purchase Order (verification process required) and Money Order.
Q: Can I pay by personal check?
A: We do not accept personal checks, except if used through Paypal. If you pay by personal check through Paypal, we will hold the order until we are notified by Paypal that the check has cleared.
Q: Is my order information secure?
A: Our secure server is hosted by cart32hosting.com, a 128 bit SSL Secure server. All personal information, including account information is collected on this secure server. We also offer Paypal and Google Checkout for customers who prefer those payment options.
Q: Do you share my personal contact information?
A: We do not share our customer information with any 3rd party - PERIOD.
