Sci-Supply offers a 30-day return privilege policy.
The following guidelines apply:
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-975-5612 or email@example.com.
RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.
Sci-Supply will accept merchandise (in original condition) for refund within 30 days of product shipment.
All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
Sci-Supply will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages.
For orders placed with promotional rate or free shipping offers, actual shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refund in addition to re-stocking fee.
A re-stocking fee of 10% will apply to all returned merchandise, excluding damaged and defective merchandise (see below).
Damaged and Defective Merchandise
Damaged and defective merchandise must be reported within 15 days of customer receipt.
Damaged and defective merchandise will be replaced with an identical item at no charge to the customer.
